The 2026 conference will mark the launch of the AEPU’s membership programme and all conference places will include a year’s membership and access to a wealth of member benefits.

Call for abstracts

As usuual, we’ll be inviting abstract submissions to be considered for presentation as ePoster or short oral presentation. Look out for details very soon and start thinking about your abstract.

Conference dinner

Networking is always a highly rated aspect of the conference, and it offers both formal and informal networking opportunities – not least the conference dinner. Join us at the Titanic Hotel on the evening of Thursday 5 November. Tickets are £66 and include a 3-course meal – choose a ticket with dinner when you book your conference place.

The Adelphi Hotel is in a prime location in Liverpool with great public transport links. Liverpool Lime Street station is just a 3-minute walk away.
